Publication:      Prof. Chen is an academician of the Finnish Academy of Science and Letters. He is
     committed to the theoretical research and core technology development for seamless
     indoor/outdoor positioning using smartphones.
     He develops solutions to extend current GNSS positioning capability from outdoor
     to indoor and explores the capacity of Low Earth Orbit(LEO) satellites for navigation.
     It covers the developments of an EMG(electromyography)-based step detection method
     and an acoustics-based ranging technology for indoor positioning, as well as leading
     the development of the world's first scientific experimental LEO navigation satellite.

     Published 2 books and authors/co-authors of 267+ scientific publications(SCI Index 192+).
